2020 "Paje" Barbaresco DOCG Boffa, 75cl, 14%

The small vineyard "Pajé", which was planted by Carlo Boffa in 1991, is located on the edge of Barbaresco, as is the Ovello vineyard. This Nebbiolo is full-bodied, has sweet tannins, is balanced and harmonious and has a nice length. It smells of red berries with earthy aromas and some leaves. The body is strong. A wine with a lot of potential that is already very accessible. A traditional Barbaresco that is at its best as a food accompaniment.
