"Anno Domini" 2021
First produced in 2000, Anno Domini is made from a blend of Cortese and Chardonnay grapes. The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September and the must obtained through gentle pressing is fermented in 500 liter French oak barrels. The wine ages in the same barrels for ten months before being bottled. The color is straw yellow and notes of peach and apricot come through in the mouth. Fresh, spicy and balanced.
