Lange Rosso Na Mira 2021

The Na Mira is the latest creation from the Boffa family. It is the latest creation from son Gabriele, who has received the family's trust to create something new. With Cabernet Franc, an international grape is added to the wine-growing region dominated by Nebbiolo and Barbera. The grapes are collected from a 5 hectare vineyard in the Barbaresco region. First it ages in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and ages for more than a year in large Slavonian oak barrels. The Barbera gives it an aroma of dark and red berries, forest floor and spice. The Cabernet rounds everything off and makes the wine quickly accessible. The dry and rather rich taste is refreshingly sour and the pleasant tannins from the Nebbiolo carry the taste for a long time.
