2022 "La Cresta" Roero Arneis Piemonte DOCG, 75 cl, 13%

This Roero Arneis from the Castino family, which has been producing wines for the 7th generation, has a light straw yellow color with slight green reflections. The grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine remains on the lees for at least four months. In the mouth it is rich with notes of white flowers, fresh with a perfectly embedded crisp acidity. Only 4,000 - 5,000 bottles per year!
