Azienda Felice "DINO" 2020

This pure Merlot from Azienda Felice has it all! The wine matures for 24 months in barrique barrels. Only the very best grapes are used for production. The ripening of the grapes is reduced to a minimum in order to get the best quality out of the grapes! It smells of rosehip jam and lemon peel. On the palate it is complex, full-bodied and very sweet with fresh acidity. The tannins are still demanding. The delicate taste of blueberry jam and gianduja is retained. Good storage stability ensures maturation and therefore an exquisite taste experience.

Goes perfectly with steak and aged cheese (Pecorino, Old Amsterdam)
