Saia is a Nero d'Avola in purity, an exceptional variety capable of producing intense and round wines. The name Saia comes from the irrigation canals built by the Arabs centuries ago to collect rainwater. The traditional "tree" technique and aging in French barriques make it a champion of the category. The harvest is done by hand and only the best berries find their way into the bottle.
