Barolo "Undicicomuni" DOCG 2018/2020
This wine is unique to the Barolo region in its creation. A blend of Nebbiolo grapes from the 11 municipalities surrounding the Barolo area. Hence the name (undici comuni"). The beautiful label shows the areas of the eleven municipalities in different colors. There is no wine like this in the Barolo appellation says Monica Larner from the Robert Parker Institute. In 2018 one of the top 100 wines in the world chosen! Aromatic, delicate and gentle in the mouth and seductively full of soft cherries and soft leather. On the palate predominantly fruity, almost juicy with the typical dense Nebbiolo tannins. Very storable!
